Hi everybody,
I am a mother of 6-year-old you probably know, learning English is essential for everybody really need to brush up my English for many reasons .First of all, my son, simply is perfect in English and I need to be like him and secondly, These days, I’m preparing myself for IELTS exam because I need Band in every skill and I have some problems with reading and a little bit writing . If you know some websites in these skills or you know yourself, I would appreciated you to tell me.
Thanks a lot,
Amitis

To Mike Byrne : I’m very interested in what you’re doing (publishing hand-made books), and would love to talk more. I’d particularly be interested in learning how you made two thousand books without exhausting yourself! And then, of course, I’d love to pick your brain about how you’ve publicised these works. I’ve found it so much easier to promote myself in Canada than in the UK; there seems to be more resistance here to DIY/non-corporate projects… Or something. (And you can find my postal address on !)

Fantastic article and thank you for helping me understand what I have been doing is right all this time and being questioned by my colleagues.
My thoughts are akin to this is the question of why my students are always undertaking on ‘real-projects’ and having great outcomes, to me its because of engaging them in what they will be required to do when they finally leave my training environment and go and get a job.
Have passed this on to a few other people ‘who get it’ with some seriously good and positive reactions.

In 2014, Schmidt co-authored the New York Times best-selling book How Google Works [92] with Jonathan Rosenberg , former Senior Vice President of Products at Google and current advisor to Google CEO Larry Page , and Alan Eagle. [93] The book is a collection of the business management lessons learned over the course of Schmidt and Rosenberg's time leading Google. [94] In his book, Eric Schmidt argues that successful companies in the technology-driven internet age, should attract smart and creative employees and then create an environment where they can thrive. He argues that the traditional business rules that make a company successful have changed. The book states that companies should maximize freedom and speed, and decision-making should not lie in the hands of the few. It also emphasizes that individuals and small teams can have a massive impact on innovation. [95]
